Artist’s Studio available at Art Space Portsmouth on short-term lease

Art Space Portsmouth currently has one studio available on a short-term lease until the 30th September 2013. The studio will be available immediately after the application process. The closing date for completed applications is: Friday 8th February 2013.
The studio is 174 sq ft and located on the first floor at our Brougham Road site. The studio rent is £83.38 per month plus a £20 a month ASP membership fee, totalling: £103.38 per month.
The rent is payable monthly in advance and a returnable deposit of £166.76 will be required. We are currently accepting applications from practicing visual artists based in the region.
