We thought we would trial a short story about funding opportunities that are available to students to see if you find this information useful. We have received information about the following sources recently, so we will start with these.

Platforms such as https://sponsorcraft.com and http://www.kickstarter.com/ can help you to raise funds for student projects, ideas, and events. It’s usually free to start your fundraising on these sites, but you do need to be aware that they may charge a % of the money collected. http://crowdsunite.com/ lists other crowd funding platforms.
