Barry Zee and Peter Missen, UoP MA Fine Art students, are presenting ‘Foreign Bodies’ at the new White Elephant gallery in Eastney, Portsmouth. Peter is currently researching the aesthetics of binary based codes for his MA in Fine Art. Barry is currently researching political economy visual symbols through photography for his MA in Fine Artdegree.

University of Portsmouth 2nd year Contemporary Fine Art students’ end of year exhibition is held on a trail in Southsea. The show consists of 17 different artists, all with unique styles, exhibiting their work in amongst the windows of Albert Road.

Exploring their pasts in different parts of Africa, two artists explore personal and collective experiences dealing with emotional complexities and questions of identity, nostalgia and politics.
