On Saturday 26th May – Sunday 27th May Art Space Portsmouth will have Open Studios. ASP has managed studios for artists at the converted chapel on Brougham Road in Portsmouth for over 30 years. Each year, the building is opened to the public who are invited to meet the artists, to see and hear about their work and buy directly from them.

Strong Island have told us about a great opportunity for Portsmouth based creatives to get their work shown as part of EXTRASCHICHT – EXTRASHIFT. The project “We show them all” started as a local artists project in Duisburg. Jens Weber (illustrator) and Thomas Seyffert (photographer) had the idea to project pictures on notably walls in the inner habour in Duisburg.
