Description

The School wishes to appoint three Lectors in Modern Foreign Languages (one each for German, Italian and Spanish), to start on 3 September 2012 and finish on 31 May 2013. The successful candidates should normally have completed at least two years of study in a recognised institution of higher education in the country whose language he or she will teach at Portsmouth and will be expected to undertake 25 hours a week of duties overall. These duties may include up to 12 hours language tuition, and, in addition, assisting with the drafting, marking and invigilation of assessments, and assisting with the production of teaching materials in the relevant language.
