When considering your options for University study, whether for your first degree or to enhance your qualifications further, there is no substitute for visiting us and getting to know the city.

Undergraduates

We have no further dates available to visit the University of Portsmouth for 2010 entry. If you wish to look around the campus, please click here to find our downloadable walking tour brochure, which will enable you to tour our facilities in your own time. If you wish to find out more about your course, please telephone the Information Centre on 023 9284 4444 and your call will be directed to the relevant department.

Please note if you have applied for a place at the University for 2010 entry, you will be invited to a subject specific departmental open day in the coming months, giving you the opportunity to visit us and see more of what we can offer you.

If you wish to view a room in one of our Halls of Residence, we will be running drop-in halls tours from the week commencing 26 October until the end of November. These will take place every Tuesday and Thursday from 12-2, and depart from the Information Centre at 28 Guildhall Walk. A student assistant will take groups of visitors over to see an available halls of residence room.

We would recommend that anyone wishing to visit the University on a self guided tour undertakes a walking tour and also takes advantage of one of the drop in Halls of Residence tours in order to see as much of the University as they can.

If you are considering applying for an art, design, media or creative technologies course you can find representatives from the Faculty of Creative and Cultural Industries at the Design Your Futures UCAS Convention at the London Excel Centre in November.

Postgraduates
