How we work
The University Executive Board
The Vice-Chancellor chairs the University Executive Board (UEB), which is made up of our senior management team and a dean from each of our five faculties. The UEB usually meets every fortnight to discuss strategy, policy and resourcing, and to ensure the University is being managed effectively.
The Board of Governors
Our Board of Governors holds our management to account and has ultimate responsibility for all our affairs. Collectively, they are responsible for the way we're managed and for planning our future development. The Governors conduct their work through committees, covering all areas of the university.
