I graduated from the University of Portsmouth in 2010.
I completed the ACCA qualification with a mid-tier accountancy firm, gaining experience in audit, accounts and taxation before specialising in charity audits.
I then completed 2 years experience in corporate audit with Ernst & Young before returning to the University as a teaching fellow.
I specialise in teaching audit and taxation as well as working on projects to improve students employability and professional skills by linking students with local charities to complete practical work experience alongside their study.
I am carrying out research into fraud risk in charities.
