If there's one thing we'd all like more of, it's time. This workshop helps students develop their time management skills. They'll reflect on their habits, and how these affect their chances of achieving short, medium and long term goals.

Taking Your Best Next Steps –  25 minute tutor time workshop

Looking back at past experiences can increase self-awareness. They can also help students perform better in future educational decision-making.

This workshop equips students with important reflective tools. It explores the variety of options available to them when deciding on their next steps at post-16, and shows how these link in with their eventual progression to level 4 qualifications.

Developing the Skills for Progression – 50 minutes

This interactive workshop focuses on personal learning preferences and building effective study skills. It also explores wellbeing and mindfulness techniques, providing students with useful tips on managing stress and anxiety during their studies. Students will discover what type of learner they are, and match their learning preference to revision techniques that work for them.
