Ewan is a senior marketing and media leader with 20+ years of experience. He has worked for and with some of the most eminent brands and agencies in the UK and the US.
He launched Messenger and Facebook Live while at Facebook in Menlo Park, and the Chrome browser while at Google in NYC. He helped create an agency for Disney movies and most recently he's figuring out how to sell luxury EVs at Lucid Motors in California. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife, two boys, and pet dog.
Tips for graduate job search success
- Figure out what you want to do before you do anything – it can be easy to jump at the first opportunity and then a few years down the line realise that you wanted to do something else.
- At the same time, don't worry too much if you're not pursuing your passion – your passion will find you eventually.
- Job search is a bit like riding a rodeo bull – hold on too tight and you'll break an arm, too loose and you'll fall on the floor... and break your arm. So, be kind, check your spelling and try to enjoy the ride.
