Why do we eat the foods we do?
Volunteers are needed for a study examining why we eat the foods we do and how our food choices might help the UK's sustainability transition agenda
Why do we eat the foods we do? A moderated mediation analysis of frugality, sustainability values and sustainable eating
There are a lot of actions we can take as individuals to help combat the climate crisis, especially regarding our food consumption. However, some of these actions require adjustments in our lifestyles which we may not find very comfortable at the moment. This study seeks to understand the reasons behind our food choices and how these choices could be made more sustainably. Results from this study will help tailor policies and interventions that will aid individuals and communities in the UK to transition into a more sustainable and healthier environment.
What will participants be doing?
You will be responding to an online questionnaire. The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes.
For each of the first 500 responses received, a donation of 50 pence per response will be made to a local food bank here in the UK.
22 November 2022.
