Entrepreneurial Thinking - Innovation Connect Workshop
Innovation Connect Workshops are for those who are running their own businesses, starting something new and pursuing their passions.
What is it? How can you tune in to your inner entrepreneur to help you be more successful?
We hear the word entrepreneur more and more in the media, everyone is at it, and that can only be a good thing, but what does it mean? Are we all built to be entrepreneurs, is entrepreneurialism an inherited skill or can it be learnt?
This workshop explores:
- What does being an entrepreneur mean to you?
- How noticing your blockages and flows can help you progress.
- The 4 Hats of an Entrepreneur - so that you can tune in to where you are putting your energy to get results you want
Eleanor Tweddell, founder of Another Door, will facilitate a series of lively interactive workshops, where we will explore themes close to the heart of the audience. Eleanor will share her knowledge and experiences, as well as get the room involved in helping each other to solve problems.
Eleanor has worked in corporations for 23 years, in roles which include growing Costa Coffee from 5 stores to the brand we know today, supporting the RAC through divestment and merger with Norwich Union to create Aviva, working for Virgin Atlantic during one of the worst times in aviation, and, now with her consultancy hat on is supporting Channel 4 through their huge ambitious transformation plan responding to the changing landscape of their industry. As well as Eleanor's communications consultancy, Eleanor founded Another Door community and podcast to support people through redundancy and encourages people to 're-imagine their future'. The book will be out in early 2020.
So come along and join in the fun, share your experience and go away feeling lighter!
