About the speakers
Steve Blatcher joined Team Consulting in 2019 as Head of Early Stage MedTech, where he helps clients to visualise, develop and commercialise exciting new medical products. In addition to meeting the fundamental requirements of safety and efficacy, he helps clients to deliver the best possible experience for patients and users, with an attractive return on investment for shareholders. During his time at Team, he has helped clients from the smallest start-ups to the biggest blue-chips. Prior to joining Team, Steve worked for various leading technology consultancies in Cambridge.
Oliver Sowerby joined Team in 2018 as part of the mechanical engineering group. He is a Chartered Engineer and has a broad experience in start-to-finish product development. Within his role, he is actively involved at the design end of mechanical engineering, creating and developing product concepts for a variety of client projects. Prior to Team he led a team of engineers at another organisation.
