The Business Consultancy Project involves small teams of students from the Faculty of Business and Law working with local organisations to solve their business challenges and produce sustainable solutions.

Our 2019 Business Consultancy Project Awards and Networking Event celebrated the successful completion of the Business Consultancy Project by our student teams.

The event also recognised the commitment of our local client organisations who provided projects to help our students develop important employability and life skills. Clients benefit from having a fresh set of minds, from diverse backgrounds, analysing their business challenge independently.

The 2019 event took place on Wednesday 11th December and included a display of project posters from all 36 student teams.

Nathan Cable, co-founder and co- CEO of Party Hard Travel, was the CEO speaker for the night. An alumnus of the University, he has driven his company’s sales and marketing efforts from 450 passengers in summer 2015, to over 15,000 passengers for summer 2019. His success can also be seen in partnership deals with huge brands such as Love Island, MTV, Boohoo and Unidays, plus creating a sell-out European event across 5 islands and the UK club circuit with 'Welcome to the Jungle'.
