Technology and labour saving devices mean humans spend an increasing amount of time sitting and being sedentary. In this episode, Dr Dan Brown talks about exercise psychology to Professor Stuart Biddle, Director of the Centre for Health, Informatics and Economic Research at the University of Southern Queensland, Australia.
