All Chartered Institutions have a strong code of ethics, and on this Professional Ethics short course, you'll get an overview of the key components.
Using RICS Practice, Guidance and Information Papers, along with case studies, the specific requirements of the professional institution will be explored.

Teaching
You'll be taught by Tim Goodhead, a former Head of the School of Environmental Design and Management at the University of Portsmouth. At the time, the school included the departments of Architecture, Surveying and Civil Engineering.
Also a former Dean of the Faculty of Technology, he is currently the CPD coordinator, and has a long standing interest in Built Environment, Marine and Health and Safety issues.
