This course sets out specifically to differentiate between price, value and worth in the context of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Red Book and International Valuation Standards.

The course will be especially suited to you if you are a valuer, user of valuations or a RICS candidate undertaking the Assessment of Professional Competence.
