The CDM Regulations: An Update Short course

Overview

A confident understanding of the Construction, Design and Management (CDM) Regulations – and the ability to recognise how they affect your projects – is vital to any property professional.

Having been in existence since 1995 – and in their current form since 2015 – there's been a great deal of experience of their operation in practice.

On this short course, you'll benefit from that experience. The original code of practice has been changed and downgraded to guidance, and it's been amended to include domestic clients. This has significant implications, such as to the role of the CDM Coordinator.
