Applicant Experience Days
Once you have an offer from us, you’ll be invited to an Applicant Experience Day. You can discover more about your chosen degree and ask us any questions you have - and we’ll show you around so you can discover more about the city and our University.
Never visited the University before? You can check out our halls of residence, do a guided tour of the campus and get a feel for the city you might be calling home.
Already been to campus? Remind yourself why Portsmouth is a great place to study, and ask our staff your questions.
Take a look at our guide below to get the most out of your day.
DESIGN YOUR DAY
You won’t want to miss your course session, plan your day around it so you’ll be in the right place at the right time. You’ll interact with your future lecturers, look around the facilities you could be using, and take part in workshops or taster lectures. You can also pick the brains of our current students about life and study in Portsmouth.
Your full schedule will be sent to you a couple of weeks before your visit, so keep an eye on your emails.
You can check in anytime at the Student Union (PO1 2EF). At Check In, you’ll get a programme with key information for the day. And we’ll point you to where you need to go first.
You can also check in at the building where your course session is held.
