Our prices start from £350* a month and includes:

• Minimum notice period of 30 working days
• Shared kitchen facilities with free tea and coffee
• Access to AV equipment in larger meeting rooms
• Printing, scanning and photocopying service through the reception team

You can hot desk, or rent a full desk or office space in three of our Innovation Connect locations. Our hot-desking packages are flexible with, hourly, daily or monthly options available.

Becoming a member also gives you exclusive access to the Future Technology Centre at the University, our newest location, which is perfect for holding meetings or conferences.
