Biography

I am a Senior Lecturer in Human Computer Interaction and Research Methods at the School of Computing, University of Portsmouth. My research interests lie in tools and applications that support mental health and wellbeing as well as optimising mHealth usability. I am also interested in understanding and the prevention of digital abuse, particularly in the context of domestic violence. I am currently the dissertation coordinator for the Masters in Cyber forensics as well as the departmental coordinator for all Masters dissertations. Currently supervising post graduate projects in technology enabled abuse and the use of digital devices in domestic violence.  I have supervised 16 PhD students to completion
