Summary

I am a Senior Teaching Fellow at the School of Computing, University of portsmouth.  I have a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science, MSc in Information Technology Management and a PhD in Computer Science.

I have worked as a Visiting Lecturer at the School of Mathematics and Computer Science, University of Wolverhampton. I got my PhD in 2016 from University of Wolverhampton.

My PhD thesis was on the establishing a standard scientific guideline for evaluation and adoption of multi-tenant databases.

Research interests

  • Multitenancy systems/multi-tenant databases
  • System Evaluation and Adoption
  • Database security
  • Cloud computing
  • Knowledge management
  • Information systems
  • System usability

Teaching responsibilities

I teach in database units at both undergraduate and masters level. I also teach research methods, academic and professional skill development units. And in the past, I have taught introduction to programming, project management and systems analysis and design. I am currently the unit coordinator for Database Management level 7 unit, PARD a level 6 unit and also Database Principle level 5 unit.
