Jennifer's current research interests lie in three areas: Organisational Culture, Change Management and Communication.

Biography

Prior to taking up her current career in Higher Education, Jennifer held several roles in both front-line management and Human Resources. She firstly worked in Hotel and Catering Management and then specialised in Human Resource Management.

Additional responsibilities include being the Admissions Tutor for the Hospitality degree programmes.
