Adrian Norman is an entrepreneur and executive working at the intersection of technology, hospitality, and the creative industries. He is the Co‑Founder and CEO of UniteVerse, a platform that helps hospitality and nightlife businesses understand their audiences through real‑time data and cultural intelligence. He also leads Orean Music Limited, supporting emerging artists through management, consulting, and strategic development.
Adrian brings more than 30 years of experience across finance, operations, and business leadership, having held senior roles including Finance Director at Naté Assets and Head of Operations at a hedge fund start‑up. He also serves as Treasurer of the Music Venue Trust, supporting grassroots music ecosystems across the UK.
As an Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Portsmouth, Adrian mentors students and founders on business development, creative entrepreneurship, and navigating early‑stage growth. He is passionate about widening access to opportunity, championing equality, and helping the next generation of entrepreneurs build sustainable, impactful ventures.
