Marianne Withers is a Human-Centred Transformation Strategist, business leader and trusted advisor who helps organisations transform customer operations, navigate complex change and seize the opportunities of the AI era.
Drawing on more than three decades of knowledge and experience, Marianne has been working on founding the Withers Jones Collective, carefully curated collective of specialist practitioners brought together to help organisations evolve, develop and grow across operations, people, technology and AI. As Founder and Managing Director, she will work with the executive teams to shape the right blend of expertise for each challenge, creating practical, joined-up solutions that improve performance and deliver lasting value.
Marianne's career spans customer operations, outsourcing, business transformation and service design. She has led large-scale operational, cultural and technology programmes across financial services, healthcare, utilities, retail, technology and business services. Known for bridging strategic vision with practical delivery, she simplifies complexity, challenges conventional thinking and turns ambitious ideas into meaningful change.
Her expertise spans customer operations transformation, AI-enabled change, experience strategy, organisational development, service design and leadership advisory. She also has a natural flair for marketing engagement and a genuine joy for content writing, using clear, compelling storytelling to bring ideas to life and inspire action. At the heart of her work is a commitment to helping organisations adopt AI in practical, responsible and commercially effective ways, ensuring technology enhances, rather than diminishes, the human experience.
Alongside her consultancy work, Marianne is Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Portsmouth, supporting founders and business leaders as they scale and innovate. She is also a Non-Executive Director for The Road from Karachi, contributing strategic insight, governance and leadership support.
