Engineering is central to our regional economy. This webinar explores employers options for supportign ecruitment and career upskills via apprenticeships at higher levels. We will explore the programme available at University of Portsmouth as well as thos ein the region that develop pipeline for these programmes, and enable employers to understand how they can address their skills shortages and recruitment challenges with smarter useof apprenticeship pathways. We will take a dive into the implications of the amended funded rules and inspect how these affect starts for both levy payers and SME's, and there will be an opportunity for qestions to be posed and answeeed within the session.
