Dheeraj holds an MBA from the University of Portsmouth (UK) and brings over 27 years of diverse professional experience by working across organisations of different sectors in both the UK and India. His extensive background spans senior management roles at various organisational levels, offering a blend of academic insight and real-world application that greatly enriches the student learning experience. He currently teaches on both Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programmes, and also serves as a Personal Tutor (PT) and Dissertations supervisor. 

Throughout his career, Dheeraj has held senior leadership roles, including managing an entrepreneurship training institution, sourcing grants from national and international donor bodies, and leading CSR initiatives for multinational corporations. He also served the role of work placements tutor for university students at University of Portsmouth. His expertise also includes international student recruitment, business management consultancy for globally recognised clients, and a substantial teaching experience in both Further Education (FE) and Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).
