Tony Clark, Senior Director, Business Management & Transformation

Tony is a dynamic leader with a passion for commercial growth, leadership, and enhancing consumer experiences in the digital media and gaming industries. As Director of EMEA Game Partnerships at Google, he leads key partnerships and drives growth across the region.

Tony spent 19 years at PlayStation in critical leadership roles, including Senior Director of Business Management & Transformation. During his tenure, he was instrumental in operational strategy, product planning, and business development, most notably as a co-founder of PlayStation Plus. He also spearheaded major partnerships and successfully led Sony’s acquisition of Hawk-Eye, bringing goal-line technology to sports.

Beyond his executive role, Tony is an active contributor to the wider industry as a BAFTA Games Committee Member and is part of the Digital Media Leadership Committee for The King’s Trust. He also serves as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Board for the University of Portsmouth Student Union Trading Company. Passionate about mentoring, Tony actively nurtures young talent, aligning with his commitment to fostering the next generation of industry leaders.
