Access to Justice provides completely free legal advice and casework on immigration law for people in the Portsmouth area, with a particular focus on human rights-related cases.
The service is a collaboration between the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, the Faculty of Business and Law, and local migrant-support organisation Friends without Borders.
We currently have one qualified adviser, and will be training up several more. We're also looking forward to welcoming students from different subjects and faculties on to voluntary and placement positions with us.
