Physical activity Is it the key to employee health
It's well-proven that investing in the health of employees can bring business benefits such as reduced sickness absence, increased loyalty and better staff retention. The World Health Organization recommends that adults undertake at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity per week, should employers help staff to reach this recommendation?

We will first hear from Dr Zoe Saynor, a Senior Lecturer and ex-England rugby player, who'll explain the physical benefits of sport. We'll also hear from Craig Winter who runs his own sports clothing brand, runr. Craig is passionate about running and raising money for the charity Mind by donating profits from his business and promoting fundraising events.
