With an aging population and pressure on national finances, it’s never been more urgent to build highly skilled, highly motivated healthcare teams.
We see a way to do so faster. To foster a stream of graduates alongside those who follow traditional full-time undergraduate routes. To make teams more diverse and reflective of the population. And to unlock higher levels of motivation.
It’s amazing for the profession because candidates that come through this route have invaluable life experience.
