We’re calling for abstracts for short talks, posters, performances, and exhibits as well as proposals to run workshops, or chair a panel discussion at the conference.
This is a mission-driven conference and we’re not looking for just research outputs, but examples of methods, processes, schemes and systems that enable plastic research excellence and equity.
Topics we would like to explore at the conference include the following:

Submissions can be made in the following categories:
Short talk, poster, performance, exhibit, multimedia presentations
Please provide a 350 word abstract, title, author(s), affiliation, and type of presentation such as short talk, performance, poem/spoken word, film, multimedia or a combination of approaches (see form below).
Panel discussions and workshops
We are inviting proposals to chair/host a panel discussion or run a workshop. Selected ideas will be discussed and developed in more detail with the conference organising committee.

- Deadline for abstract submission: Friday 28th April 2023
- Notification to authors: by Friday 19th May 2023
- Early bird registration ends: Friday 19th May 2023

Submission guidelines
Please use the form below to submit your abstract, workshop proposal, performance idea or panel discussion. The conference will be held in English.
Submissions to this conference will be evaluated by at least two reviewers and selected on merit. Those selected for the conference will be offered a slot in a relevant session in the conference programme.
