If you've completed the Matura certificate with an average grade between 1.75 and 2 (depending on the course), we'll consider you for admission onto an undergraduate course such as a Bachelor's degree. You must have studied relevant subjects and achieved strong grades.
If you don't have a Matura certificate, you can apply with:
- Please check your specific course page to find the exact number of points needed. Your A level grades should equal or exceed the total points required. You can use the UCAS Tariff Calculator to work out your total points.

- A level points: A* = 56 A = 48 B = 40 C = 32 D = 24.
- Most courses will require between 24 and 31 points in the International Baccalaureate (IB), depending on the degree you apply for.
You may be able to join an undergraduate course with other qualifications. We do consider qualifications from a range of sources. Contact us to find out more.
If you have a High National Diploma (HND) or Higher Diploma you can apply for advanced entry onto a relevant undergraduate programme.

In May 2019, the UK Department for Education announced that students from countries within the European Union and enrolling in English universities in 2020-2021, will pay the same tuition fees as UK students and remain eligible for financial support for the duration of their courses.
You will be able to study with us in the 2020-2021 academic year with a guarantee of a student loan for the whole of your studies and this status will last for the duration of your degree.
Due to the UK leaving the European Union as a result of Brexit, changes are being made to the tuition fees that EU, EEA and Swiss nationals will pay to study in the UK. You can find information about the tuition fees you’ll need to pay on the Tuition fees and scholarships for EU students page.
