We hope this immersive event helps them discover new passions while building valuable skills for their future.

Join us on campus as we celebrate their residential experiences, complete with traditional cap throwing!

You'll join us in our lecture theatre to watch back on some of the amazing things that happened at Residential 2024.

Celebration Ceremony at Portsmouth

Date: Friday 28 June 2024

Location: Richmond Building, Portland St, Portsmouth PO1 3DE.

Time: 5.00pm-6.30pm

Parking is available (see travel details below).

Light refreshments will be on offer

All students will be able to leave from 6.30pm once they have collected their belongings. This may take some time, so please allow plenty of time if you require public transport.

It is expected that all students have at least one adult attend the event. No student will be able to leave the event by themselves.

Parking in the city

If you choose to drive, please note that we can only offer parking in select car parks on campus (see map below). But there are lots of public transport options and car parks available around the city, particularly around the city centre. There's more information about city centre car parking on the Portsmouth City Council website.

Trains

The closest station to Richmond Building is Portsmouth Harbour, it's just under a 10 minute walk. Portsmouth and Southsea station is approximately a 15 minute walk. Plan your train journey to Portsmouth on the National Rail website.
