Workshops & Subject talks
Our academic experts offer engaging talks covering a range of subjects, delving into ground-breaking research within business disciplines and offering insights into specific topics.
Our team will bring all the necessary equipment for the hands-on activities to give students a taste of what it's like to study in the Faculty of Business and Law.
Accounting & Economics
Students will enjoy an exciting journey into the world of finance with an interactive look at Financial Markets. The Share Trading game will see a competition to challenge students' skills as future Financers and Stock Traders.
This hands-on workshop takes a look at Money Laundering as your students will turn engage in friendly competition to launder as much (Monopoly) money as possible.
Your students will uncover strategies to negotiate and trade on the market as we ask whether they will collude or compete.

- Pit trading game - determination of demand, supply and equilibrium

In the next 12 months, the number of Podcast listeners is forecast to exceed 25 million in the UK and your students can learn the skills and tools to get started and make their mark in the audio world.

We have a range of sessions that can be delivered on campus at the University of Portsmouth where your students can see what we have to offer, explore our equipment and get hands-on in Portsmouth.

Work experience is a great way to gain insight into all the different career opportunities a university can offer. We welcome requests for work experience from students from our local schools and colleges.
