Burrell House is one of our Southsea Halls and is located just behind Rees Hall.
It is within close walking distance to University buildings and the seafront.
It’s a sociable hall offering excellent affordable communal living.

Standard room - £169 per week. Large room - £180 per week. Extra Large room - £186 per week.
Catered (two meals a day to be taken in Rees Hall restaurant)
120 standard rooms and 8 large rooms and 2 extra large rooms arranged corridor style with shared bathroom facilities.
Walking time to University – 10 minutes

All meals served over a 2–3 hour period for convenience

*The fees shown are based on the current approved rates. Final fees for the 2026/27 academic year are confirmed annually by the University by March 2026, taking into account inflation adjustments linked to the Retail Price Index (RPI); and market demand and occupancy trends for individual halls. The standard contract length for halls is 40 weeks. In rare cases, the start or end date may change slightly to align with academic term dates or operational requirements. We will confirm dates by March 2026.
