- The newly refurbished Trust Hall is located at the University's Langstone Student Village site, next to Langstone Harbour. These flats are self-catered and have shared bathrooms.
- Based next to the University sports pitches, Trust Halls are also ideal if you’re keen to compete – or to cheer on student teams.

- Offers 62 affordable rooms for single occupancy in self-catering flats sharing with between 6 to 8 students
- Bathroom facilities and well-equipped kitchen/diners are shared
- The hall is suitable for students who may prefer a quieter living environment
- Located outside the lively city centre but still only in short travelling distance (2 to 3 miles) from the main University buildings, the hall gives you the best of both worlds
- Permitted parking and good transport links, including a University bus service to Langstone Halls, Monday to Friday during term time
*The fees shown are based on the current approved rates. Final fees for the 2026/27 academic year are confirmed annually by the University by March 2026, taking into account inflation adjustments linked to the Retail Price Index (RPI); and market demand and occupancy trends for individual halls. The standard contract length for halls is 40 weeks. In rare cases, the start or end date may change slightly to align with academic term dates or operational requirements. We will confirm dates by March 2026.
