For example using a periodontal probe on a simulated model to record pocket depths, mix some dental materials and view dental radiographs to see how they support maintaining good oral health and diagnosis of disease.

Student ambassadors will be interacting within all of the activities and there will be opportunities for Q&A sessions with current students studying on the courses and also teaching staff.

We will be looking closely at a patient case study to see how Radiography fits in at every stage of patient care. You will get to participate in a mini lecture to give you a taster of what anatomy & physiology teaching is like, and experience two practical sessions.

These sessions will show you how a patient can be imaged in the X-ray room and how using the anatomage equipment can support the case study findings. We will also have the opportunity to have a chat about the course, including a Q&A with some of our current students.

Introducing our new Earth Science course, including BSc Geology, BEng Engineering Geology and BSc Environmental Geology.
