Teaching
Jayne Carrington has over 30 years’ work expertise in the health and wellbeing industry to draw on - and 20 years at board level.
She has grown two major companies in the mental health and corporate wellbeing sectors and has been responsible for bringing innovative solutions through to prominent national and international exposure, including working with the World Economic Forum and Business in the Community.
Jayne is also a qualified coach, working with individuals and teams and she regularly writes and trains on numerous health-related subjects including personal wellbeing, resilience and leadership and management.
