Meeting rooms

You can book out a meeting room at our Innovation Connect Centres, even if you're not a current member with us

At Portsmouth Technopole and Halpern House we have meeting rooms available with full day, half day and hourly rates for internal or external clients. The prices below are for external bookings.

You’ll have access to WiFi and IT equipment such as TVs with HDMI cabling connection as well as pens, flipcharts and coffee machines. There is an on-site café at our Technopole centre. Should you require additional catering, please specify your preferences in your request, and we will make every effort to fulfill your needs.

Rates

All prices exclude VAT.

Technopole

The space can seat up to 16 individuals or accommodate 25 people in a standing arrangement. You'll find tea, coffee, and other refreshment options conveniently available at our on-site café. 

Half day

• Complimentary bottled water
• £100 per half day
• Unlimited tea and coffee can be ordered at £5 per person

Full day

• Complimentary bottled water
• £200 per day
• Unlimited tea and coffee can be ordered at £10 per person

Hourly rate

• Complimentary bottled water
• £35 per hour
• Tea, coffee and other refreshments available from the café.

Halpern House

Can accommodate between four and nine people. 

Half day

• Between 8.30am - 12.30am or 1.00pm and 5.00pm (4 hours)
• Prices ranging from £42-£60

Full Day

• Between 8.30am - 5.00pm (8 hours)
• Prices ranging from £72-£95

Hourly rate

• Available between 8.30am - 5.00pm
• Prices ranging from £12-£18 per hour
