Subject Tasters 2025/26
Nothing beats getting a feel for a course by joining us on campus at our taster days. Buzzing with purpose and possibility, it's a chance for your students to get closer to the subjects they love.
Law Taster Day: 21 April 2026
Engineering Taster Day: 13 May 2026
Our Engineering Taster will put your students in the heart of laboratories that will see them balance gliders in a wind tunnel and quiz our lecturers on studying at degree level.
Criminology Taster Day: 13 May 2026
At this Criminology Taster, your students will get to take part in three different interactive sessions in various areas of Criminology. Learn about the different routes you could take within the field, and speak to current students about life at the University of Portsmouth.
History, Politics and International Relations Taster Morning: 20 May 2026
Your class will dive into the world of global studies and explore what makes these subjects so exciting. Students will get to tailor their experience by picking sessions based on what they're most interested in.
Marketing and Management Taster Day: 1 June 2026
