Faz Forhad Ahmed
Restaurant owner and founder of 'Curry by Air'
I am absolutely delighted as an alumnus to be an Entrepreneur in Residence. I’ve always had a great connection with the University, from being a student to being employed by them, recently being a global brand ambassador and now an EiR.
Faz is the owner of Akash Restaurant in Portsmouth and founder of Curry by Air spices. He is also a board member of the Portsmouth Bangladesh Business Association and a trustee of Pompey in the Community.
A proud alumnus of the University of Portsmouth, Faz is a global brand ambassador for the University, helping to build stronger relations between the University and Bangladesh.
Faz enjoys giving cookery lessons and healthy eating advice. He runs a YouTube channel where he gives Indian / Bangladeshi cookery classes.
