University of Portsmouth Investments Limited (UPIL) is a limited company, which is a fully owned subsidiary of the University of Portsmouth.
UPIL was formed in 1994 and was dormant until September 2006. The principal activity of UPIL is the provision of student recruitment services in China on behalf of the University. UPIL doesn't employ any staff directly. The UPIL board meets twice a year.

As a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of Portsmouth, UPIL Board members are taken from University staff. They are:

This class contains details of written protocols, policies and procedures for delivering UPIL services and responsibilities.
As a wholly owned subsidiary of the University, UPIL is bound by University policies on matters such as complaints management, data protection and records management.

UPIL doesn't hold, and isn't required to hold, any information in publicly available registers.
