1. Who we are and what we do
This class contains information on how Technology Enterprises Portsmouth Limited (TEPL) was set up, including its legal status and contact details.
Roles and responsibilities
Technology Enterprises Portsmouth Limited (TEPL) is a limited company, which is a fully owned subsidiary of the University of Portsmouth.
TEPL was formed in 2015. The principal activity of TEPL is to provide workspace for start-up and growing companies. TEPL doesn't employ any staff directly. The TEPL board meets approximately every 2 months.

As a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of Portsmouth, TEPL Board members are taken from University staff. They are:

This class contains information from the last 3 years relating to the University's strategies and plans, performance indicators, audits, inspections and reviews.

This class contains information on how the organisation makes decisions.

5. Our policies and procedures
This class contains details of written protocols, policies and procedures for delivering TEPL services and responsibilities.
Information available on our policies and procedures
As a wholly owned subsidiary of the University, TEPL is bound by University policies on matters such as complaints management, data protection and records management.
Details of these policies are available in sections 5.10–5.12 of the University of Portsmouth publications scheme.
6. Lists and registers
TEPL doesn't hold, and isn't required to hold, any information in publicly available registers.
7. The services we offer
This class contains details of services offered by TEPL, including leaflets, guidance and newsletters. This is an extension of the first section, "Who we are and what we do".
